We are searching for a dynamic Service Manager to join our Commercial HVAC division in Kennesaw, GA. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for driving business development, training, and customer service for a multi-million-dollar HVAC operation.
Main Responsibilities:
• Drive business growth and development
• Train and develop a team of Service Technicians
• Maintain full P&L accountability
Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of experience working as an HVAC technician or previous service management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of HVAC service techniques
Compensation and Perks:
• Up to $120,000 per year (Based on experience)
