Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC General Manager to lead our Service Group and drive business growth. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of the HVAC Service business, including revenue, gross margin, and operating margin budgets.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction or business, with 7+ years of experience in forecasting, scheduling, and real-time project management. A bachelor's degree in construction or business is required, along with excellent leadership and supervisory skills to motivate employees and promote company goals.
The successful candidate will also have experience in engineering and design of HVAC systems, negotiation with suppliers, delivery schedules, and subcontractors. They will be able to comprehend and implement applicable federal, state, and local governmental laws, codes, and regulations.
This is a full-time position with a salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. The job operates in a professional office environment and requires occasional evening and weekend work.
