Job Summary:
The HVAC Lead Specialist will be responsible for leading our HVAC team and ensuring that our facilities are properly maintained. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and technical skills.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of HVAC technicians to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Develop and maintain HVAC procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Perform routine inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential issues and recommend repairs.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including maintenance schedules, repair histories, and performance metrics.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering or construction management.
• At least 3 years of experience in HVAC operations, with a minimum of 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.
• Proven leadership skills, with experience in team management and development.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
Estimated Salary:
$70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
