As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC systems. Responsibilities:
• Technical Leadership: Provide expert technical guidance and support to service representatives, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills needed to perform their duties effectively.
• Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, including coordinating agreements, projects, and service requests to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
• Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of service technicians and other staff members.
Requirements:
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 2 years of commercial HVAC experience.
• Lead or supervisory experience preferred.
Salary Estimate: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
