Job Title: HVAC Technician
We are seeking highly skilled HVAC technicians to join our residential service department at Magnolia Heating and Cooling. As an HVAC professional, you will be responsible for performing complex technical tasks related to installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, cooling, ventilation, and related systems.
Key Job Functions:
• Diagnose and repair system malfunctions with precision and speed
• Provide exceptional customer service and deliver high-quality workmanship
• Meet or exceed productivity metrics and goals set by the company
• Develop creative solutions to enhance service and customer experience
• Manage inventory levels and maintain truck schedules
Essential Qualifications:
• HVAC Journeyman License (Preferred)
• Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• CFC Universal Certification required
• Pass a pre-employment background check
Salary Estimate: $65,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience
