Job Description
CURRENT OPPORTUNITY: HVAC Service Technician Specialist
This role involves servicing products and equipment on assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and communication skills.
You will use a variety of hand-tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units. You will identify, analyze, diagnose, and repair systems and products at customer locations. Perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement, and modifications as needed or requested by customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• 5 years of experience in HVAC service and maintenance
• Ability to read and interpret product specifications
• Strong technical support skills
• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends as necessary
