About the Role
Magnolia Heating and Cooling is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our Residential Service Department. This position requires a skilled individual with the ability to perform complex technical tasks related to installing, maintaining and repairing heating, cooling, ventilation and related systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate system issues and perform repairs to ensure optimal performance
• Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring a high quality of workmanship
• Meet productivity metrics and goals as set by the company
• Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and customer experience
• Maintain inventory levels and truck organization within company guidelines
Requirements:
• HVAC Journeyman License (Preferred)
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Able to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems
• CFC Universal Certification required
• Must pass pre-employment background check
Compensation Package: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
