The Building People seeks a skilled Heating Systems Specialist to join our team. This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced HVAC professional to utilize their technical expertise and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment on all systems, with a strong focus on HVAC trade.
• Demonstrate technical expertise in HVAC trade and be multi-skilled in others (Electrical, Piping/Plumbing, Central Utility Plant Operations).
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Requirements:
• 6 years of progressively responsible HVAC equipment installation, maintenance, and repair experience, including 1 year of HVAC control maintenance and repair experience.
• Completion of a federally approved technical training program in the installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC equipment.
• Certification as a Universal Technician for CFC's, OSHA certification, and proficiency in brazing and soldering techniques.
