About the Position:
We are currently seeking skilled HVAC Service Managers to lead our teams in the Greater DC Metroplex, covering both Northern Virginia and Greater Baltimore areas. This ideal opportunity is suited for individuals eager to oversee daily field operations, mentor staff, and drive business growth while ensuring top-notch safety and quality standards. A clear career progression path is available, leading to a General Manager position.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately estimate and manage commercial HVAC maintenance and service projects.
• Possess prior experience as a Service Manager or Service Supervisor in commercial HVACR is mandatory.
• Strong communication and customer relationship management skills are necessary.
• Although plumbing knowledge is advantageous, proficiency in HVAC is critical.
Compensation Package: Competitive salary range: $85,000 - $120,000 annually, contingent upon experience.
