Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Installation Specialist to join our team at Johnson Controls.
About the Role
This is a bargaining unit position that requires a valid driver's license. You will be responsible for performing mechanical installations, troubleshooting and resolving problems, and providing recommendations and solutions to ensure facilities are running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform mechanical installations and drive results mentored by peers and under labor agreements assigned by the Employer.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems.
• Respond to basic warranty calls.
• Keep JCI, contractors, and customers informed of job progress and issues as needed.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with HVAC equipment.
• Ability to perform mechanical installations.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently.
Salary: We offer an estimated salary of $65,000 per year, based on industry standards and the level of experience required for this role.
