Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Installation Specialist to join our team at Sugar Bear Home Services, LLC. As a Residential Heating and Cooling Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating and cooling systems in residential homes.
About the Role
• Average Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, and repair heating and cooling systems in residential homes
• Work with dispatch to schedule appointments and ensure timely completion of jobs
• Mentor and develop lead installers and apprentices to improve team performance
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective job objectives are met
• Support technicians on troubleshooting issues as needed
Requirements:
• EPA Certified
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• Minimum of two years experience in installation of diverse HVAC systems preferred
• Valid driver's license and approved to drive by company insurance carrier
• Excellent customer service skills with desire to exceed customer expectations
