Job Title: HVAC Installation Technician
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HVAC Installation Technician to join our team at Sugar Bear Home Services, LLC. This individual will be responsible for installing diverse HVAC systems, mentoring lead installers and apprentices, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create a positive customer experience by completing installs correctly the first time with quality and care.
• Mentor and develop lead installers and apprentices into install team lead technicians.
• Install HVAC related equipment according to manufacturers' specifications.
• Wire both high and low voltage to heating and cooling equipment.
Requirements:
• EPA Certified.
• A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• A minimum of two years experience is preferred but not required in installation of diverse HVAC systems.
Physical Requirements:
• Works in indoor/outdoor elements with extreme variation in temperatures and weather conditions.
• Climbs, ladders, and steep stairs. Majority of time spent standing, stooping, bending, crouching, kneeling, sitting, and reaching.
Estimated Salary:
$60,000 - $80,000 per year
