Position: HVAC Technician

Purpose: To provide high-quality HVAC service, maintenance, and installation for residential and light commercial clients. Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional workmanship and professional interaction while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Expectations: • Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on HVAC systems. • Install HVAC equipment following safety and quality guidelines. • Communicate effectively with customers, explaining system issues and solutions. • Document all services performed accurately. • Participate in ongoing training and development. • Maintain tools, vehicles, and workspaces in a professional manner. • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.

Job Requirements: • Must be 24 years or older. • Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Clear a background check. • Prior HVAC experience preferred. • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. • EPA certification and understanding of safety standards. • Apprentice or Journeyman HVAC License • Pass a pre-employment drug screen, including marijuana.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
