Responsibilities: • HVAC duct work (round, square) • Leading 1?2-person team • Install and service HVAC units on a wide variety of jobsites in commercial setting • Troubleshooting problems • Cutting, threading, or hammering pipes using various power and hand tools • Cutting or boring holes in structures • Drawing layouts to scale while studying blueprints and following relevant codes

Qualifications: • Minimum 7 years' experience in commercial construction industry preferred • A deep understanding of state and local building codes • Reliable transportation • Strong work ethic with a positive and calm mindset • References to verify your professional skills and experience • Able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time and to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds • Must have power tools and hand tools to complete trade work • Must have supervisor experience The hourly rate for this position is as stated above.
