The Building Maintenance HVAC responds to daily work orders, performs general building repairs, upgrades, and preventative maintenance in and around the Airport facility. Must be able to perform skilled work in using both refrigeration and electrical test equipment to troubleshoot HVAC systems and make repairs as required. They will also oversee the installation of new heating and air conditioning equipment.

Applicants should have at least 3 years related training and/or work experience that clearly demonstrates a competency level required to perform all required duties with minimum supervision. Valid driver's license and clean driving record history is required. HVAC EPA certification (Type II or above) is required.

This is a Full-time, hourly position that works: Sunday – Wednesday, 6am to 4:30pm

The pay grade range is $18 - $23 per hour. Starting pay rate will be based on previous work experience and education.
