Your New Role:

As the HVAC Lead Installer, you’ll be more than just hands-on. You’ll be a leader, an expert, and a crucial part of what makes our projects successful. Here’s what you’ll do: • Lead with Integrity: Embody and promote our core values of honesty, quality, and integrity in every project. • Supervise & Mentor: Guide apprentices and junior team members, passing on your expertise. • Ensure High Standards: Maintain meticulous attention to detail and uphold our quality standards. • Manage Company Vehicles: Keep the fleet clean, efficient, and ready for action. • Design & Install: Handle everything from ducting and gas line design to HVAC system installation in residential properties. • Maximize Time & Profit: Execute projects on schedule while ensuring profitability. • Own Your Work: Take responsibility for every task, including completing all required paperwork.

Job requirements: • Certifications: RMGA (Rocky Mountain Gas Association) and EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) certifications required. • Experience: 6-10 years of HVAC installation experience, specifically in residential new construction. • License: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. • Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
