Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including refrigeration and air conditioning units
Perform routine maintenance tasks on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and make necessary repairs
Follow blueprints, schematics, and other technical drawings to complete installations and repairs
Collaborate with other technicians and contractors to ensure efficient and effective completion of projects
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions about HVAC systems
Keep accurate records of work performed, including parts used and time spent on each job

Skills:

Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems
Proficient in diagnosing and repairing various types of HVAC equipment, including air conditioning units and ammonia refrigeration systems
Knowledge of HVAC/R codes, regulations, and safety procedures
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Excellent problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions
Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate installation and maintenance of HVAC systems
Experience in property maintenance or field service is a plus
