Lochridge Priest, a leading provider in the HVAC and refrigeration service industry, is currently seeking a skilled Refrigeration Technician to join our dedicated team in DFW. This role is essential in maintaining and enhancing our commitment to delivering exceptional service and solutions to our clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Running refrigerant lines to mini-splits or VRF systems.
• Pressure testing systems to detect leaks.
• Pulling vacuum and charging systems with refrigerant as needed.
• Running thermostat wire as required.
• Diagnosing and repairing refrigeration systems, ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
• Performing routine maintenance and inspections to prevent system failures and prolong equipment lifespan.
• Collaborating with the service team to coordinate efficient and effective service calls.
• Providing exceptional customer service, offering clear explanations and solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
• Staying abreast of the latest industry technologies, tools, and practices.
Qualifications
• Able to understand and read construction drawings.
• Able to comprehend submittals of equipment being installed.
• Able to run soft copper or braze copper.
• Certified Refrigeration Technician with a minimum of 4 years experience in refrigeration, HVAC systems, or a related field.
• Proficient in diagnosing and repairing commercial refrigeration systems.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulatory compliance in the refrigeration industry.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
