The Install Manager is the leader and manager of the Installation Technicians at their assigned center. Primary responsibility is to spend 70% of their time in the field providing leadership, coaching and training and 30% of their time in the center providing training coaching and one on one mentoring for Installation Technicians.

Responsibilities:
Primarily responsible for the Install Manager is the leader and manager of the Install Technicians at their assigned center. The Production Manager’s responsibility is providing leadership, coaching, and training to the Production Technicians. Additional responsibilities include ensuring client satisfaction, meeting budgeted installation and gross margin KPI’s and working with cross functional teams to ensure the center runs smoothly in all aspects.
• Direct leadership and management for the team and department.
• Ensure team member safety, satisfaction with their roles and provide tools, knowledge and support to besuccessful in their careers.
• Work with the Operations Support Coordinator (OSC) in supporting any concerned clients regarding workperformed in their homes
• Partner with the Sales Team to ensure that the team understands how to best sell and document the jobs for maximum efficiency and profitability.
• Partner with the Service Team to support each department’s goals for revenue and profitable growth
• Responsible for partnering with the Fleet Manager to maintain the centers fleet by ensuring timely vehicle inspections, maintenance and repairs to support safe driving and an impeccable clean image in the community.
• Lead all install technicians in exuding and “living” our Core Values.
• All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor/manager.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is an exempt, full-time position. Days and hours of work are variable depending on the nature of our work demands. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel
Little to no overnight travel is expected for this position.
