In this role, you will make between $30-$50/hour depending on your experience. We are looking for 2 experienced Service Technicians.
Wilgro Services, Inc. specializes in preventative maintenance, repairs, design, and installation of all commercial HVAC equipment. Our highly trained mechanics proudly serve over 300 commercial clients in the Delaware Valley. We are currently experiencing tremendous growth in our customer base, so we are seeking a tenured commercial HVAC Service Tech to join our team.
This position requires advanced knowledge and understanding of all commercial HVAC equipment, including, but not limited to: water source heat pumps, cooling towers, chillers, package rooftops, split systems, boilers, controls, pumps, VAVs, etc. Hourly rate will be determined based on experience. Overtime opportunities are available, if desired. However, consistent overtime (outside of on-call) is not common.

Employment Requirements:
• 10+ years of commercial HVAC experience
• High School diploma or GED
• Technical school education
• EPA certified
• Valid driver’s license
• Must pass drug test & background check
• OSHA certification is a plus, but not required

Qualifications:
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot various types of HVAC equipment including, but not limited to, water source heat pumps, cooling towers, chillers, package rooftops, split systems, boilers, controls, pumps, VAVs
• Proficient reading wiring diagrams and schematic drawings
• Advanced knowledge of hydronics
• Must have experience with boilers, chillers and cooling towers
• Excellent customer service skills
• Outstanding problem solving skills
• A "Can Do" attitude
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift 75 lbs.
Job Responsibilities:
• Maintaining high standards of excellence for all projects, from start to finish
• Inspection and maintenance of job site safety and cleanliness
• Completing preventative maintenance inspections on time
• Identifying deficiencies and properly documenting recommendations
• Proper utilization of field service software
• Identifying opportunities for additional HVAC products of equipment upgrades
• Assist the installation department with start up and commissioning of equipment, as needed
• Local position - little to no traveling required
