Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with engineers on research, development, testing, and maintenance of engineering systems and equipment.
• Perform tests, experiments, and calibration procedures, ensuring precise and reliable results.
• Collect, record, and analyze test data, providing actionable insights to project teams.
• Operate and maintain technical equipment and instruments in optimal condition.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during testing and operations to ensure seamless project progress.
• Maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation of procedures and results for future reference.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and project objectives throughout the engineering process.

• Locate parts, diagrams, and drawings independently using the company database.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
• Two-year HVAC degree from a technical school.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the HVAC industry or equivalent in a related field.
• EPA 608 and A2L certification required.
