Responsibilities:
• Coordinate lease transactions
• All aspects of move-in's and move-out's
• Answer incoming calls and reply to emails
• Run credit and background checks
• Daily office duties
• Inspect apartments to assure that they are move-in ready
• Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports
• Maintain occupancy over 95%
• Delinquency is a priority
• Input Property Invoices
• Manage social media sites
Qualifications:
• Admin experience
• Familiarity with contracts/leases preferred
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Must be proficient on the computer
• Must have a smartphone with unlimited data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• HVAC license

In this position, you would be responsible for providing tenants with great customer service. We are looking for a team player with an outgoing and positive attitude. Must be available to work first Saturday, rent week. Must have your own reliable transportation.
Salary determined on skillset and experience and will be reviewed after your 90-day probationary period. Employees begin accruing Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, and be eligible for Medical benefits after 90 days.
