Scope of Position:
We are seeking motivated and eager-to-learn Service Interns to support our service technicians in various HVAC tasks. This position is ideal for someone who wants to build their skill set in the HVAC field and is ready to grow both personally and professionally. You will be working closely with experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience, and being part of a team that values development, mentorship, and excellence.
What You Will Do in Your Role:
• Assist in the repair and maintenance of various HVAC equipment, including split systems, package units, centrifugal chillers, and cooling towers
• Shadow experienced technicians, learning about refrigeration cycles, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance
• Learn how to use tools and equipment such as manifold gauges, pressure/temperature charts, and temperature measuring devices under the guidance of senior technicians
• Assist with general maintenance tasks on heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
• Support with diagnosing and correcting issues related to HVAC systems, gaining knowledge on how each component functions
• Participate in team projects and potentially lead small tasks as you develop your skills
• Learn the importance of safety protocols and adhere to company standards

Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in an HVAC or related program or a recent graduate looking to gain real-world experience
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• A positive attitude and willingness to take initiative
• Ability to lift equipment and perform physical tasks as needed
• Valid driver's license
