HVAC Installer (Full-Time)
Location: 3416 Zion Ln, Knoxville, TN 37931
Pay: $20-25/hr (Based on Experience)

Smith Heating & Air is looking for an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in HVAC installation and a solid understanding of HVAC systems. We offer competitive pay ranging from $20 to $25 per hour, depending on experience, along with benefits such as partial financial reimbursement for health insurance and paid time off.
Responsibilities:
• Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Ensure all installations are done according to safety standards and company guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC issues as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service while working in clients' homes and businesses.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of HVAC installation experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
