The HVAC Lead Installer is responsible for leading a team of installers in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. This role guarantees the timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality completion of all installations. The HVAC Lead Installer will also bear the responsibility of training and mentoring junior installers, as well as ensuring adherence to all safety protocols.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee the installation of HVAC systems, including air conditioners, heating systems, and ventilation.
• Ensure all installations comply with company standards, local codes, and manufacturer specifications.
• Supervise a team of HVAC installers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Mentor junior installers and assist in their professional development.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot installation issues and implement effective solutions.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure proper installation of systems.
• Perform quality checks on completed installations to ensure they meet the company’s standards and customer expectations.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain installation processes, answer questions, and address concerns.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times to ensure excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
• 3 years of experience in HVAC installation
• 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent technical skills in HVAC installation and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in using HVAC tools, equipment, and software.
• EPA Universal Certification.
PAY TRANSPARENCY:
The starting hourly rate for this opportunity ranges from $40-$60 hr. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
