Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine HVAC system inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting in residential and commercial buildings.
• Diagnose and repair issues with heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration systems.
• Install, replace, and maintain HVAC equipment, including air handlers, compressors, thermostats, and ductwork.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficiency and prolong the lifespan of equipment.
• Respond to emergency service calls for HVAC system breakdowns and other related maintenance issues.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety and environmental regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, repairs, and installations.
• Provide recommendations for system upgrades or replacements to improve energy efficiency.
• Assist in other property maintenance tasks as needed, including plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
• Collaborate with property management and other team members to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor on-site.
Qualifications:
• EPA certification for handling refrigerants.
• Experience with property management or multi-unit buildings.
• Basic knowledge of building automation systems and smart HVAC technology.
