The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and exceptional communication skills. They will be responsible for installing heating, cooling, indoor air quality, and ductwork systems to manufacturers' specifications and local codes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain effective communication with dispatch, management, and parts teams
• Ensure company trucks are clean, well-maintained, and inventoried regularly
• Properly complete paperwork and maintain accurate records
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Requirements:
• Certification or associate's degree from an HVAC program and 3-5+ years of experience as an HVAC installation technician (preferred but not required)
• Basic understanding of electrical wiring and connections
• Ability to work comfortably in crawl spaces and attics
• Excellent math, people, and problem-solving skills
