We are seeking a skilled Home Comfort Systems Installer to join our team at Advantage Heating & Cooling, Inc. in Virginia Beach, VA.
Salary Information: $55,000 - $75,000 per year (dependent on experience)
About the Position
You will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers' homes are comfortable and efficient by installing and maintaining heating and cooling systems.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Install and diagnose issues with heating and cooling systems
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve project goals
• Develop strong relationships with customers through effective communication and service delivery
Requirements:
• At least one year of HVAC installation experience
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• A valid driver's license
