We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Maintenance Technician - HVACR to carry out necessary equipment, building, and ground repairs, facility PMs, and utility operations associated with the facilities. This position requires adherence to all applicable regulatory requirements, including FDA, EPA, OSHA, and related safety procedures.

Skills
• Proficient in HVAC systems, including air handling, refrigeration, and boilers
• Strong troubleshooting abilities, particularly with electrical circuitry
• Knowledge of HVAC humidification and dehumidification systems
• Experience with facility maintenance and repairs
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills
• Ability to effectively manage budgets and resources
Responsibilities
• Operate, maintain, and repair plant utilities and equipment
• Complete scheduled PMs and routine repairs
• Troubleshoot electrical circuitry and HVAC systems
• Conduct general facility repairs, including painting and patching
• Maintain and develop PM systems, assessing their effectiveness
• Manage costs related to materials and projects
• Train department employees as needed
• Utilize company electronic systems for tracking and reporting
Qualifications
• Minimum of 4 years of HVAC maintenance experience
• HVAC Journeyman License
• Preferred experience in pharmaceutical and critical facility settings
Education Requirements
• Technical trade school in HVAC/Refrigerated Systems
• EPA 608 Universal Certification
Education Requirements Credential Category
• HVAC/Refrigerated Systems certification required
Experience Requirements
• Minimum of 4 years of job experience in the manufacturing industry
• Solid understanding of OSHA and other industrial standards required
