Job Description
Columbia NW is looking for a In-Store Appointment Setter to add to the team. The In-Store Appointment Setter is responsible for building brand awareness, engaging with potential customers, and scheduling appointments while at a product display located within America's #1 home improvement store.
Position: HVAC In-Store Appointment Setter
Location: Beaverton, OR
Job Type: Part-Time; Thursday - Sunday; 20-30 hours per week
Pay Range: $17 - $22 /hour (DOE)
Responsibilities
• Brand Representation: Serve as the face of the brand, embodying our values and demonstrating a friendly and engaging persona.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
• Appointment Setting: Use our appointment setting app to schedule consultations with our service techs on behalf of the customers.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the brand's products, features, and benefits and be able to speak with potential customers regarding their needs.
• Educational Initiatives: Give out pamphlets and flyers to educate potential customers and partners about our brand's products.
• Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers and communicate feedback to the relevant departments within the organization.
Job Requirements
Required Experience and Certifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortability with public speaking and engaging with diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Ability to stand on your feet for 2 or more hours at a time.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Previous sales, customer service or marketing experience preferred.
