Key Responsibilities
• Manage all commercial plumbing and HVAC project phases, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope and budget.
• Contribute to the design, estimation, and planning processes, providing technical insights and accurate cost assessments for complex systems.
• Oversee resource allocation, scheduling, and workflow coordination, leveraging tools such as BlueBeam, MS Project, and Procore for efficiency.
• Partner with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to align project objectives and foster successful outcomes.
• Implement quality control measures and strictly adhere to safety protocols, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• Maintain accurate project records and provide senior management and stakeholders with comprehensive status updates.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or Construction Management.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial plumbing and HVAC design, estimating, and project management. Prior work on large-scale commercial projects is essential.
• Expertise with construction management tools such as BlueBeam, MS Project, and Procore.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Stable and local work history, reflecting a commitment to the Fresno, CA area and familiarity with its market trends.
