Launch Your HVAC Career While Getting Paid to Learn!
Get paid to learn a skilled trade through Hoffmann Brothers University’s HVAC Training Program. This unique opportunity combines comprehensive classroom education with hands-on experience. Our Department of Labor approved apprenticeship program offers a comparable caliber of training you'd receive at a $32,000 trade school, but instead of paying tuition, you'll earn while you learn.
In just 28 weeks, you'll receive intensive training in cooling, heating, and HVAC maintenance through a balanced mix of classroom instruction and real-world field experience. During your training, you'll earn $13.75 per hour with full-time hours and benefits - setting you apart from traditional students who often graduate with debt.
Upon completing the program, you'll have satisfied all related instruction hours for your apprenticeship and be positioned to complete your on-the-job training over the next four years. Your career path leads directly to becoming an independent HVAC maintenance professional, serving our valued Home Protection Plan members throughout St. Louis.
