Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chiller Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of chillers and cooling towers in commercial HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with chillers, cooling towers, and other HVAC equipment
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on chiller systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency
• Install and commission new chiller systems and cooling towers
• Lead a team of technicians in the installation and maintenance of chiller systems
• Provide technical support and expertise to customers as needed
Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of chillers and cooling towers in commercial HVAC systems
• Strong knowledge of centrifugal and screw compressor technology
• Experience with chiller controls and sequencing
• Ability to work independently and lead a team of technicians
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Compensation: $35/hr-$50/hr DOE
