We're looking for an experienced B2B Sales & Account Manager to lead business development, manage client relationships, and oversee various growth-driven projects—including coordinating key marketing initiatives. Now, we need a driven professional to expand our business relationships and take charge of cross-functional growth projects!
What You’ll Do:
• Develop and execute a strategic B2B sales plan to expand business accounts and drive revenue growth
• Oversee external partnerships with key vendors, ensuring marketing strategies and campaigns are aligned with business goals
• Track and optimize marketing campaigns for maximum ROI and ROAS, ensuring our marketing efforts deliver results
• Collaborate across teams to create integrated sales and marketing strategies that resonate with potential clients
• Identify new business opportunities, nurture existing relationships, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
• Report on KPIs, sales performance, and other growth metrics to the executive team
• Lead special projects, including events, initiatives, and marketing-driven campaigns that support our business goals
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
• Strong understanding of marketing strategies (lead generation, content marketing, digital marketing)
• Experience managing external vendors and overseeing cross-functional projects
• Ability to analyze data, track campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions
• Experience working with CRM tools (Service Titan is a plus)
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
