The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective leads provided daily for customers already in the market and business development. Responsibilities
• Generate leads through various channels to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Manage assigned territory to maximize sales opportunities and market penetration.
• Conduct technical sales presentations to demonstrate product features and benefits.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on performance metrics.
• Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure all sales agreements have been fulfilled to customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and enhance brand visibility in the market.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
• Preferred Sales Closing Experience (HVAC industry a plus but candidates from all industries welcomed).
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
• Familiarity with technology sales concepts and the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
• Conduct sales presentations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A self-starter attitude with a strong desire for personal growth and professional development.
