Account Executive - Commercial HVAC Service Agreements
Company OverviewOur client is a mechanical services and engineering firm that focuses on the performance of high-quality preventive and predictive maintenance programs, as well as heating, air conditioning, and retrofit projects in larger commercial office buildings, telecommunication facilities, data centers, manufacturing, healthcare facilities, and other commercial properties across Southern California.
We are saving the planet, one building at a time. Did you know that ~30% of a commercial building’s greenhouse gas emissions are produced by heating/cooling? Our client has 60+ years of experience helping commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings operate at peak efficiency through proactive maintenance and technical expertise. Taking a comprehensive approach, we help customers by reducing energy consumption, improving indoor air quality, and lowering their carbon footprint.
