Compensation: Base plus commissions on sales, target earning goal of $150k/year or more!
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of proven success in in-home sales or a similar consultative sales role, preferably in the HVAC, home improvement, or related industry.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to accommodate customers' schedules.
• A results-driven mindset with a customer-first attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse customers.
• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities to effectively close sales.
• Ability to handle rejection gracefully and stay motivated in a competitive environment.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple leads and appointments.
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications.
• Ability to climb stairs, kneel, and perform other physical tasks during home assessments as needed.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-home consultations with potential clients to assess their HVAC needs and recommend suitable products and services.
• Build rapport and trust with customers by actively listening to their concerns and providing customized solutions.
• Create and deliver detailed proposals, including pricing and financing options, ensuring clarity and transparency.
• Follow up on leads generated by the company and self-sourced opportunities to drive sales.
• Maintain a deep understanding of HVAC products, services, and installation processes to effectively communicate benefits and technical details to customers.
• Collaborate with the installation team to ensure customer satisfaction and a seamless handoff process.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups using the company's CRM system.
• Stay updated on industry trends, energy efficiency rebates, and product advancements to provide the most up-to-date information to clients.
• Represent the company at events, trade shows, and community activities as needed to generate new business opportunities.
