We are seeking a driven and experienced Refrigeration Service Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Refrigeration systems and sales, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and providing expert advice on Refrigeration solutions tailored to their needs.
Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the Refrigeration service market.
• Identify and pursue new preventative multi-year maintenance agreements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to understand client needs and recommend appropriate Refrigeration solutions.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits of our products and services.
• Collaborate with the technical team to develop customized Refrigeration solutions that meet client requirements.
• Negotiate pricing and agreements with clients to ensure profitable sales transactions.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, products, developments, and competitor activities.
• Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Qualifications
• Bachelor s degree in business administration, Engineering, or three (3) years of HVAC or Refrigeration sales preferred.
• Proven track record of success in HVAC or Refrigeration sales
• Strong knowledge of Refrigeration systems and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively present and explain technical information to clients.
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales targets.
• Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
