Responsibilities:
In this role, you'll engage directly with customers in our partnered National Big Box Retail Home Improvement Stores. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Discussing heating and cooling upgrades, air quality enhancement, and energy-saving solutions with customers.
• Generating leads for a Free In-Home Consultation or facilitating sales of home performance tune-ups.
• Allowing an industry expert to take over once leads are generated.
Compensation:
This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $18 per hour based on experience. Additionally, we have a lucrative bonus and commission structure where you can earn an average of $100 per lead generated. Bonuses and commissions are paid with weekly paychecks.
Location: Raleigh, NC
Schedule: Flexible part-time and full-time positions are available, with some weekend and holiday work required.
