We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic HVAC Technician Helper to support our HVAC technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and advance your career in the HVAC industry.
If you have at least 1 year of experience or have graduated from an HVAC school, we would love to have you on our team!
Responsibilities:
At least 1 year of hands-on experience as an HVAC helper or technician or graduation from an accredited HVAC program. Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and components. Ability to use common hand tools, power tools, and HVAC-specific tools. Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced HVAC technicians. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow safety guidelines. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in physically demanding environments, including lifting heavy materials and working in varying weather conditions. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check.
Working Conditions:
Will be required to work in varying weather conditions and on job sites.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
Requires travel to customer locations within the service area.

0 to 1 Year of Experience: Starting at $15/hour
1 to 3 Years of Experience: Starting at $17/hour
