The Role: Our HVAC Service technicians diagnose and repair issues within each customer's home. Their priority is the customer, providing options and ensuring a 5-star quality service with every interaction, every call, in every home. HVAC Service technicians receive hourly pay between $22-30 with bonus incentives. High performing technicians can average up to $45+ hourly income.What You'll Do:

• Completes in-home HVAC service calls and gets the job right the first time
• Establish customer rapport to offer solutions, provide the right service, and create a "You're my go-to company" relationship
• Communicate with multiple departments within the organization to provide optimal customer service
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and truck
• Actively participate in all training exercises, morning meetings, and company events
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

What You'll Need:

• Knowledge of Local HVAC Codes
• Ability to Make on the Job Decisions
• 2+ year's Residential HVAC Experience Preferred
• EPA Certification
• High School Diploma/GED
