Position Overview
We’re seeking a results-oriented HVAC Technician who is looking for that next step in their career. This individual must be comfortable with selling and independently managing a service truck .
Key Responsibilities
Installation & Maintenance
Install, repair and maintain residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps and ductwork.
Perform system startups and testing to ensure proper functionality
Conduct routine preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment
Troubleshooting & Repairs
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC systems
Perform necessary repairs, part replacements, and calibrations
Ensure all work meets local building codes and manufacturer specifications
Leadership & Team Management & Sales
Promote a positive “can do” work culture
Train, mentor and supervise junior techs and apprentices
Assign tasks and oversee work quality to ensure efficiency and safety
Provide technical guidance and support to team members
Be comfortable selling while earning unlimited commissions
Oversee pricing strategies and cost estimates for services and contracts
Customer Relations
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through online reviews
Manage the work of junior techs to ensure jobs are being completed correctly
Requirements
At least 4 years of HVAC experience
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating teams
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, operations, and industry best practices
Experience leading and managing a team
Drive business growth
Ability to handle customer relations
Proficiency in Service Titan is a plus
