We are seeking an experienced HVAC Mechanical Estimator & Project Manager to join our team and play a critical role in estimating, planning, and executing successful projects.
Job Responsibilities
🔹 Estimating & Pre-Construction:
Prepare accurate cost estimates for HVAC and mechanical projects, including labor, materials, and subcontractor costs.
Review project specifications, drawings, and proposals to develop competitive bids.
Work with vendors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and ensure cost-effective solutions.
Identify project risks and opportunities during the estimating phase.
🔹 Project Management:
Oversee HVAC projects from award to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Manage schedules, procurement, and labor resources to optimize efficiency.
Track project costs, prepare change orders, and ensure profitability.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Qualifications & Requirements
✅ 3+ years of experience in HVAC estimating and project management.
✅ Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, piping, and refrigeration.
✅ Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
✅ Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
