HVAC Service Technician / Maintenance Tech
Family Heating & Air is seeking an HVAC Service Technician / Maintenance Tech who is passionate about delivering a five-star experience to our customers. Pay and Benefits:
• $18-$25 per hour based on experience.
• 10% commission on service work plus additional bonuses for turnovers.

Schedule:
• Monday through Friday (around 40 hours per week—may vary with seasonality).
• Participation in an on-call rotation is required.
Required Experience:
• 2+ years of HVAC service or maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA Certification required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for both residential and light commercial systems.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints.
• High school diploma or GED required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and indoor air quality equipment.
• Provide clear and honest communication with customers, explaining issues and presenting solutions.
• Accurately document service calls, recommendations, and equipment information.
• Maintain tools and company vehicles in excellent condition.
• Identify and recommend additional services or upgrades to improve system performance.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to handle after-hours service requests.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards.
