Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial HVAC Installer at Best AirR Cooling & Heating located in El Paso, TX. The Commercial HVAC Installer will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining HVAC systems, ensuring customer satisfaction through quality workmanship, and performing preventive maintenance tasks.
Qualifications
• Customer Satisfaction and Troubleshooting skills
• EPA Certification
• Maintenance & Repair and Preventive Maintenance skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Prior experience in HVAC installation and maintenance
• High school diploma or equivalent; Vocational or technical training is a plus
