We are currently looking for an In-Home Sales / HVAC Comfort Consultant to join our team! A Sales Professional to schedule and meet with clients to discuss their heating and cooling needs. The ideal candidate will have prior outside sales or in-home sales experience. Industry experience is not required, but HVAC or similar industry preferred.
Job Title: In-home Sales / Comfort Consultant
Compensation: Base + Commission. Potential annual earnings $160K +
Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. Must be available for evenings and weekends as work hours will vary based upon scheduling needs of customer, presentation times and seasonality.

What you will be doing:
• Meeting with customers in their homes
• Professionally advise homeowners in determining the correct heating and cooling systems that offers the best solution to fit their needs
• Educating customers on HVAC equipment and in-door air quality products
• Clear and concise communication with company's customers and employees
• Follow up with customers throughout the sales and installation process
• Hands on training on sales process and equipment
• Build long-term successful client relationships
Qualifications:
• Comfortable working directly with consumers in their homes
• 2+ years consultative sales experience
• Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds, climbing a 12" ladder and working in tight spaces (attics)
• In home sales experience desired, we will train
• HVAC or similar industry experienced desired
• Time management, organization, and presentation skills
• Sales pipeline management skills
• Strong interpersonal & follow up skills
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment
