Job Title: HVAC Installer and Service Technicians
Location: Smyrna, DE 19977 (Onsite)
Pay Range: $20 - $33 per hour (Full-time)
About Us:
Client, a locally family-owned company, is seeking experienced HVAC Installers and Service Technicians to join our team. We are looking for professionals with a minimum of three years of HVAC experience who can diagnose, install, and repair heat pumps, gas & oil heaters, and other HVAC systems with expertise and professionalism.
Qualifications:
EPA Certification (Universal preferred)
Minimum three years of HVAC experience
Strong problem-solving skills with HVAC systems
A positive attitude and customer-first approach
Professionalism and ability to respect customers' homes
Ability to work some nights and weekends as needed
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
