East Bay Heating & Cooling is hiring experienced Installer who is motivated, reliable and people-oriented to join our team.
Our HVAC Service technicians are required to:
• Understand the complete AC, Heat pump, Furnace and Mini-Split diagnostic process and procedures
• Understand how to build and keep great client rapport
• Be self-reliant and self-accountable
• Strong communication skills
• Consistently produce goal-oriented results
• Have great organizational skills
• Clean Driving Record
Job type: Full-time and Part-time available
Schedule:
• 8 Hour work days Monday-Friday
• Occasional overtime and weekend as needed
Education:
• High School or Equivalent is Required
• HVAC Certification is a plus
Experience:
• Minimum 2 years installing and servicing HVAC systems

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
