Drain Installer Apprentice
POSITION SUMMARY
Deliver company's high standards of installation with strong customer communication to elevate the company to be clearly the best home service company in the nation. This is achieved with proactive communication with customers; accurate details with all administrative functions; and a team focused attitude willing to support the department however needed. Installers will ensure that all installs are done to the company standard.
What You Need
• Serve customers with a positive attitude and enthusiasm
• Perform every job with technical excellence in order to live up to our warranties and guarantees
• Are familiar with aspects of Drains repairs and installation
• Perform spot fixes
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues that arise on a job
• Maintain an install truck and inventory
• Communicate with customers, collect payment as needed
• Demonstrate proper and safe use of tools and related equipment
• Ability to work and communicate effectively individually as well as in a team environment
• Drains Install experience
• Computer/Technology Skills: Service Software and Tablet experience preferred
