To qualify for our team you must have:

Willingness to work alongside others or on your own as needed
Must have own tools
Must be well groomed and have a neat appearance
Must be able to communicate clearly to customers and co-workers both written and verbally
Friendly, respectful, personable and responds to customer and employee concerns
Must be able to work in the State of Arizona and be insurable to drive
Must obtain (company paid) Arizona DPS Fingerprint Card
Pass Drug Screening
You must also be able to lift up to 50 pounds and push, pull or carry heavy objects. You must be able to maneuver heavier objects with the assistance of appropriate devices or additional manpower. You must be able to climb ladders and work in small spaces.

Over 5 years of experience as construction "HVAC" foreman on commercial projects
Ability to direct 3-7 crews on projects
Organized with attention to detail and a desire to see the job done right the first time
Friendly, respectful, personable and responds to customer and employee concerns
Duties will include but not limited to the following:
-Providing a safe work environment for all personnel
-Coordinating job from prints and job walks to ensure that job is staffed correctly and is managed effectively and
efficiently.
-Getting the job done on time!!!
-Ensure the highest quality workmanship -- This is a must!
-Maintain truck and keep clean
-Maintain other equipment and tools to ensure proper working order of company property
-Perform other duties as assigned
